“The thing I like most about working at Western Branch, (and I’ve been there 15 years), is the family atmosphere that we’ve developed with coworkers/doctors/owners. We truly care about each other and what we do!! We all have the same goal each and every day, and that’s to provide the best possible care for our little furry friends that are coming to visit us, whether it be a wellness check up or a very very sick pet, we are there for our clients, their babies and each other.” – Clare K.
At Western Branch Veterinary Hospital, we are an exceptional team of compassionate, patient-focused, hard-working and fun loving individuals! Our clinic atmosphere is more like a family than a workplace, although we are certainly passionate about the work that we do!
What’s it like to be a part of our team? Well, for one, we value work-life balance. Because we have a convenient schedule for our clients, our staff can enjoy some flexibility with their hours and we always work together to assist and support one another.
Our location in the Chesapeake Bay area is ideal for both employees as well as our growing list of clientele. Locals enjoy a lower cost of living, tons of cultural and outdoor activities (lots of water sports – paddle boarding and kayaking), proximity to the Virginia Symphony and several other large music venues with big-name acts and an excellent public school system. It’s a great place to live and work.
If you really want to feel like you are an important part of a dynamic team where you can build your career, learn new skills and enjoy opportunities to grow, we encourage you to apply! For a full list of openings, please see below. We hope to hear from you soon!
