The negative is they still have the “pets only” policy that started with covid. Although the dr does call you on your phone while you’re in your vehicle in the parking lot I feel it’s time to let the pet owners back inside. There is nothing more valuable than seeing them examine and treat your pet face to face. I know they love this policy which minimizes the human interface but if it’s about your pet’s health then owners would definitely feel they have a 100% accurate status of their pets if they could see the vet’s actions and ask questions as they go through their processes. It’s time to open up the doors. Sorry for your inconvenience.

Dr. Porter has taken care of our dogs since he opened. He is the best. When we lost our Irish Setter this past summer, he wrote us a very sweet note. Highly recommend!!

All of the doctors I've seen here are very professional and knowledgeable. I don't feel like they push unnecessary tests. They take their time with each patient to discuss owner concerns.

And his office staff become family as soon as you step thru the front door. 😍

I just took my 2yr old GS, Denali here and I am overjoyed at the kindness and care that he received. He’s a very anxious dog, and they went above and beyond caring for him. Everyone was very thorough and informative. Everyone was also VERY kind and overall I’d give staff and care 1000/10 ♥️ I am very thankful to have found a wonderful vet hospital to take my baby to.

brought our service dog in because he had a bump on his shoulder. They did a full exam and found an ear infection that the last place wouldn't take the time to look because he didn't sit still; Western Branch was awesome in handling him being scared. They gave us an estimate before doing anything and the price was less than we expected. All of the staff were incredibly nice and gave my pup quality care. Definitely going back for any future care.

Moved from the West Coast out here a couple of years ago. We were worried about finding a great vet here. After we had our first visit, Western Branch Vet Hosp is our go to. Staff is friendly and they give TLC to our fur babies. They are not over priced and give caring service. Highly recommended.

The staff is incredible and soo caring with your pets.The doctor took her time with us and explained everything she was going to do as well as breaking down the costs. I am so happy that we ended up taking our baby there. Couldn't be happier with the service we (and our puppy) received!

I brought my new puppy in for an evaluation and the staff were very helpful, warm and professional. Also, we there for only 1 hour including exam, tests, and vaccines.

Any vet we've seen at WBVH has always been kind and knowledgeable, caring as well. You get QUALITY here. We appreciate your skills and experience. You're awesome.

The staff are always delightful and eager to help. They went above and beyond for our dog in need. We have never boarded here but it will definitely be our first choice.
